-
Refresh
A place to get away and practice self-care. Unplug. Unwind. Eat delicious meals. Laugh with new friends. Our mind-body-spirit focus ensures that you return home feeling centered and rejuvenated.
Testimonials

Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat. Mark 6:31

We prefer that you commit to the entire time with us, but understand that some extenuating circumstances may prevent that from happening. Please contact us and let's have a conversation, as we don't want that to be a dealbreaker for you.
Arrival time is between 4:30-5:30p on Thursday. This gives you time to get settled, explore the property, and/or hang out with others before dinner is served.
Departure is scheduled for 2:00pm on Sunday and we ask you to plan your travel accordingly. Our last morning together is a powerful time of reflection, bonding, and closure that helps to consolidate learning and send you away empowered to continue your journey at home. We recognize that all of our participants have different financial needs. We offer retreats two times a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. This allows participants to plan and save up for these experiences.
